Biography
Pat has lived in Barton since 1975. She finished her career as a policy officer in the Home Office having spent over twenty years working in the Probation Service and in partnership with local councils.
Pat has a wide range of voluntary service, she is Chair of Rising Sun Domestic Violence Abuse Service and sits on the Board of Kent Refugee Action Network. She is a member of Oaten Hill and South Canterbury Association on which she has taken a particular interest in health and planning issues, representing the association on the city council’s Higher Education group.
She was elected to Canterbury City Council in 2019 as a representative for Barton ward with Connie Nolan and Dave Wilson.
Pat sits on the Canterbury Forum, Policy & Resources, Planning and the Decision Review Committee in addition to full council.
