KCC set to sign secret deal for pre-paid benefits card

Hugh Lanning, Labour’s parliamentary spokesperson for Canterbury & Whitstable, today claimed Kent County Council is about to sign a secret deal with the Department of Work & Pensions to introduce the controversial pre-paid benefit card to Kent.
